Mix sugar, butter (125 g), and milk. Place on low heat and stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Brown sugar: 200 g
- Butter: 240 g
- Milk: 185 ml

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sift the flour, add cocoa powder and butter. Rub the ingredients together into crumbs, add a lightly beaten egg and mix well. Grease a round baking dish with butter, transfer the dough into it and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour.
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Cocoa powder: 50 g
- Butter: 240 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Make ganache: break chocolate into pieces, add cream, butter. Place on low heat to melt the chocolate. Cool slightly, then beat with a mixer until smooth, add sugar, powder, dry milk. Mix everything together. Cool.
- Milk chocolate: 300 g
- Cream 35%: 125 ml
- Butter: 240 g
- Brown sugar: 200 g
- Powdered sugar: 30 g
- Dry milk: 1 tablespoon

Carefully cut the cake into 3 or 4 layers. Spread cream on each layer and pour glaze over them. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
