Ice cream with malted milk and Maltesers candies is a true delight for lovers of unusual desserts. Its history is linked to the European tradition of using malted milk, which adds depth of flavor and gentle sweetness to desserts. This ice cream combines a delicate, creamy texture with crunchy pieces of Maltesers chocolate candies, creating an exquisite contrast. Cream cheese adds a velvety density, while corn starch makes the consistency perfectly smooth. Each bite reveals a harmony of milky sweetness, malty undertones, and chocolate crunch. It is perfect for a cozy night at home or as a refreshing treat at a summer party. Serving it with extra Maltesers crumbs highlights its crunchy texture and richness of flavor nuances.
