Peel the apples and chop them finely. Sauté the apples in butter, add cinnamon, liqueur, and sugar (2 tbsp) until the apples are soft. Blend the apples into a puree and cool.
- Apple: 2 pieces
- Butter: 50 g

- Sugar: 4 tablespoons

Take the cream, preferably cold, and whip it until thick. Then add the cottage cheese and powdered sugar (you can also add ½ tsp of vanilla extract), whip it and place it in the refrigerator.
- Cream 35%: 100 ml
- Soft cottage cheese: 150 g
- Powdered sugar: to taste

Crush the cookies and nuts. Slice the bananas into thin pieces.
- Oatmeal cookies: 200 g
- Nuts: to taste

We take the pear, peel it and chop it finely. We start to caramelize them. Heat a pan with butter, add the pear, sugar (2 tbsp), and if you have caramel sugar, you can add it, and wait until the sugar dissolves before turning off the heat.
- Pears: 1 piece

- Sugar: 4 tablespoons

Now we serve: Layer 1: crushed cookies with nuts (leave a little for another layer) Layer 2: apple puree Layer 3: crushed cookies Layer 4: banana Layer 5: caramelized pear Layer 6: cottage cheese cream And sprinkle with nuts and banana on top.
