Add rice to the water. Bring to a boil (stirring a couple of times), then reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 14 minutes (without removing the lid). All the water should be absorbed.
- Long grain rice: 0.5 glass
- Water: 1 glass

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees.

Mix yolks, sugar, raisins, milk, vanilla, salt, and hot rice in a fireproof container. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Egg yolk: 4 pieces
- Sugar: 0.5 glass
- Raisin: 95 g
- Milk: 2.5 glasss
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon: to taste

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
