Orange-almond biscotti is an Italian classic with an exquisite citrus aroma and crunchy texture. Their history traces back to medieval Italy, where biscotti became popular for their longevity. Orange zest gives them a refreshing, slightly tangy flavor, while roasted almonds add nutty depth. These biscotti pair perfectly with coffee or dessert wine, creating a moment of true gastronomic delight. Thanks to double baking, they become dense yet remain light, store well and make excellent gifts. They can be dipped in espresso or served with cream – the taste will be rich and unforgettable. This recipe combines classic elements with sophistication, making each cookie a small masterpiece of culinary art.
