Sugar-free chocolate-banana cream is a delicate and aromatic treat inspired by European culinary traditions. This dessert combines the rich taste of dark chocolate with the natural sweetness of bananas, creating a harmonious balance between richness and freshness. The cream becomes velvety and thick, especially after cooling, making it suitable as a standalone dessert or as an addition to pastries, pancakes, and fruits. The history of such creams dates back to culinary experiments when pastry chefs sought ways to make sweet dishes healthier. Without added sugar, this cream is an excellent choice for those who care about healthy eating but do not want to give up the pleasure of enjoying an exquisite dessert.

1
Cook the pureed bananas with milk, stirring, in a small saucepan for 3-5 minutes.
- Bananas: 3 pieces
- Milk: 100 ml
2
Gradually add broken (or grated) chocolate and vanilla to the hot mixture.
- Dark chocolate: 85 g
- Vanilla extract: to taste
3
When the chocolate is completely melted, pour the cream into jars and let it cool. In the cold, it will thicken noticeably and can be stored there for about 2-3 weeks. (This amount of ingredients yields about 500 ml of cream)
