Mix semolina with kefir and let it sit for 30 minutes to swell.
- Semolina: 1 glass
- Kefir: 1 glass

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar until white.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 200 g
- Salt: pinch
- Vanillin: 8 g

Grate the lemon on a coarse grater along with the zest.
- Lemon: 1 piece

Mix everything, add flour and baking powder.
- Premium wheat flour: 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 1 tablespoon

Line the pie dish with parchment paper and pour the batter in.

Send to a preheated oven at 190-200 degrees. After 15-20 minutes, check for readiness with a match or toothpick; if the match is dry, remove it.
