Cups with cottage cheese and fruits are a delicate and light dessert that harmoniously combines a crispy oatmeal base with the creamy texture of cottage cheese and fresh fruits. This dish has European roots, reflecting the pursuit of balance in taste and healthiness. The baked oatmeal dough creates the perfect shape for the airy cottage cheese filling, which gains a light density thanks to gelatin. Decorated with juicy pieces of kiwi and other berries, the cups please the eye and bring freshness. They are perfect as a morning dessert, an afternoon treat, or a festive delicacy, delighting both adults and children. The ease of preparation makes this recipe an excellent option for home culinary experiments, while its exquisite taste captivates from the first bite.
