In a large bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork or hands. Beat in 2 eggs, add sugar, and mix everything. Then add flour and mix.
- Cottage cheese 9%: 350 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 5 tablespoon
- Vanillin: pinch

Let the dough rest for a couple of minutes. Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Form balls from the dough and place them on the hot pan.
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Fry until golden brown. You can lower the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer the pancakes a bit.
