Beat 1 egg with pistachio cottage cheese (you can use regular cottage cheese and add crushed pistachios, as it doesn't affect the taste much). Add stevia to taste (about 1.2 teaspoons will be enough).

Roll out the dough and place it in a greased tart pan. Prick the dough with a fork and line it with parchment paper. Place beans (peas, chickpeas) on top to prevent the pie crust from deforming.
