Oatmeal cookies with dried fruits and almonds are a true gift for healthy baking lovers. Their roots trace back to European cuisine, where oats and nuts are traditionally used in desserts. These cookies have a soft texture with crunchy nutty notes, while dried fruits add natural sweetness and pleasant chewiness. Their aroma, infused with nutty and fruity tones, fills the home with warmth. Such a treat is perfect for morning tea or a light snack, providing energy and benefits. Thanks to yogurt, the dough becomes airy, and the absence of butter makes the baking less fatty while preserving its tenderness. These cookies strike a successful balance between taste and health, highlighting the simplicity and elegance of traditional home cooking.

1
First, we prepare the dried fruits. It's best to choose the ones you like the most. The proportion doesn't matter, as long as you have 100 grams. Dried fruits should be washed, soaked in boiling water if needed, and cut into small pieces. It's best to chop them using a food processor.
- Dried fruits: 100 g
2
Grind the almonds into flour. Add to the dried fruits. Also add sugar, oats, flour (just leave 2-3 tablespoons), and seeds. In general, all dry ingredients need to be mixed into a homogeneous mass.
- Almond: 10 g
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Oat flakes: 30 g
- Wheat flour: 60 g
- Sesame seeds: to taste
- Flax seeds: to taste

Next, we mix the yogurt with sunflower oil. We pour the resulting mixture into the prepared products. We knead the dough with a spoon; it will be quite thick. In the end, it should be manageable by hand.
- Sunflower oil: 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt: 50 g

If you first knead the dough with a spoon and then sprinkle it with the flour we set aside, the mass won't stick much to your hands.
5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Everything is standard. Grease the baking tray with oil and place the cookies on it. To shape them better, wet your hands in cold water and rub a little sunflower oil.
- Sunflower oil: 1 tablespoon

Cookies bake for 15-20 minutes. The time depends on the size of the items and the oven, so as soon as you smell a pleasant aroma from the kitchen, it's worth checking for readiness.
