Diet pie with cottage cheese

In a bowl, we add eggs, a small portion of cottage cheese, and mix them with sugar using a mixer. Then we add soft butter and mix again. Gradually, we add flour in small portions and continue to knead. In the end, we get a sandy dough based on cottage cheese and butter.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese: 500 g
- Sugar: 50 g
- Butter: 100 g
- Wheat flour: 750 g

Pour the cottage cheese into a plate and season it with sugar and yolks. Mash it with a spoon until you get a smooth and beautiful filling.

Roll the dough into a thin layer and place it in the baking mold. Don't forget to cover it with oil and parchment. The dough should fit tightly to the mold without bubbling.

Spread the cottage cheese over the dough and smooth it out with your hands or a spatula.

Using a mixer or blender, whip the egg whites with sugar until a stable foam forms, which should be placed on top of the cottage cheese.

We place the mold in the oven and turn on the bottom heat; the pie bakes while the egg whites rise with a small and beautiful cap. But then they will settle when the pie cools slightly after baking.
