Fried ice cream with chocolate, pear, and peach is an amazing dessert that combines the contrasts of hot and cold, crispy and tender. This culinary masterpiece originated in Asia but gained popularity worldwide. The crispy golden crust of cornflakes and coconut gently envelops the delicate ice cream while quick frying preserves its cold core. Fruits add freshness and a slight tartness, while grated chocolate provides a deep, rich flavor. This dish not only delights the palate but also transforms ordinary ice cream into an elegant restaurant dessert. It is perfect for special occasions, surprising guests and adding a sense of occasion.

1
In three different bowls, we pour crushed corn flakes (can be crushed in a blender), coconut flakes, and beat an egg (until frothy).
- Cornflakes: 200 g
- Coconut flakes: 50 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

We cut the pear and peach into thin slices.
- Pears: 1 piece
- Peaches: 1 piece

Grate the chocolate.

Pour oil into a pot and place it on the heat (the oil should be enough for a piece of ice cream to float freely while frying). This all needs to be done in advance.
- Vegetable oil: to taste

Then we cut the ice cream from the 500 g pack into 8 pieces. We take out the ice cream just before preparation, otherwise it will start to melt and the dessert may not turn out.
