Dough: take 6 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the whites with sugar until peaks form. Then, gradually add one yolk to the whipped whites, mixing gently. Gradually add 6 tablespoons of sifted flour. Mix. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Pour the dough onto the baking sheet, smoothing it with a wet spoon to make a rectangle of even thickness on all sides. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the finished cake, transfer it with the paper to a wet towel, roll it up, and leave it to cool with the towel.
- Chicken egg: 7 pieces
- Sugar: 7 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 8 tablespoons
- Butter: 250 g

Filling: put milk with 2 tablespoons of flour and one egg on the fire, stirring the mixture with a whisk. The mixture should thicken. Remove from heat, add cocoa and vanilla essence, powdered sugar, and mix thoroughly. Whip the butter. While whipping the cooled cream, add the butter one spoon at a time.

Spread about three-quarters of the cream on the prepared cake, place two bananas along it, and roll it up. Cover the entire surface with the remaining chocolate cream. Sprinkle with cocoa, coconut, or chocolate shavings if desired.
