Boiled condensed milk is a sweet treat that brings comfort and nostalgia. This recipe allows you to prepare it quickly using a microwave. The condensed milk caramelizes, acquiring a rich creamy color and deep caramel flavor. Vanilla adds a subtle aromatic note, while a pinch of salt transforms the sweetness into an exquisite delicacy reminiscent of salted caramel. In Russian cuisine, boiled condensed milk is used for desserts, baking, and even simply spread on bread. This cooking method allows easy control over the consistency, creating the perfect texture to your taste. Such a treat pairs excellently with tea or coffee, providing pleasant taste sensations and evoking childhood memories. Its simplicity and speed make this recipe indispensable for sweet lovers.

1
First, we look for a glass or ceramic bowl to pour our condensed milk into. This is the first secret, as condensed milk behaves poorly in contact with plastic.
- Condensed milk: 1 jar

Next, set the microwave for 2 minutes at 700 W power.
3
Now take it out, stir it, and back in for another 2 minutes at the same power. This is another trick, otherwise in the microwave it usually likes to 'run away' ;)
4
Cook, stirring every two minutes, for about 8 minutes in total. That is, in four sessions of 2 minutes each. Overall, bring it to your favorite consistency and color, as each of us has the most delicious state of boiled condensed milk, and the microwave allows you not to miss this moment.

You can add vanilla at the end for an interesting aftertaste. Or add salt for a flavor like salted caramel.
