Oatmeal muffins with dried apricots are a cozy treat that warms with the aroma of spices and delights with a soft texture. Inspired by European baking traditions, these muffins combine healthy oatmeal and sweet dried apricots, creating a harmonious flavor with light nutty and caramel notes. Kefir adds tenderness to the dough, while cinnamon and nutmeg provide warm spicy undertones. They are perfect for morning tea or coffee and make an excellent healthy dessert. The ease of preparation makes them a favorite recipe for family gatherings and cozy evenings.
