Carrot biscuit is a delicate and airy dessert that combines the sweetness of carrots with the lightness of classic baking. Its history dates back centuries when carrots were used as a natural sweetener in baking. This biscuit has a soft texture and a pleasant caramel flavor due to the combination of sugar and carrot puree. It is perfect for cozy home tea parties as well as festive events. If desired, walnuts can be added for extra crunch and richness. It is easy to prepare: carrots are boiled, turned into puree, mixed with the main ingredients, and baked until golden brown. Carrot biscuit is a harmony of taste, health benefits, and simplicity in one recipe.
