Chocolate, Strawberry and Brie Sandwiches

Butter one side of two slices of bread. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Butter: 10 g
- White bread for toast: 4 pieces

Place half of the brie pieces on the unbuttered side of one of the slices. On the brie, place half of the chocolate. On top, add half of the strawberries. Cover with the second slice of bread, butter side up. Place the sandwich in a preheated skillet. Make a second sandwich with the remaining bread and filling.
- Brie cheese: 100 g
- Chocolate: 100 g
- Canned strawberries: 150 g
- White bread for toast: 4 pieces

Cover the pan with a lid or a sheet of aluminum foil for 3 minutes to let the cheese and chocolate inside the sandwich start melting. Once the bottom of the sandwiches is toasted, flip them with a spatula to the other side and cover again to toast the second side and fully melt the cheese and chocolate. Serve hot.
