The chocolate-nut cake made of cookies 'Dualism' is a delicate treat that combines contrasting textures and flavors. This dessert recalls the sweet traditions of Russian cuisine, where simple ingredients turn into true art. The shortbread cookies soaked in airy creamy frosting with hints of vanilla and caramel gain softness, while the nuts add a light crunch. Layers of bananas bring fruity freshness, and the chocolate sprinkle completes the harmony of flavors. The cake requires no baking, making it convenient and quick to prepare. Its feature is the rich taste that unfolds after soaking, creating an unforgettable gastronomic pleasure. This dessert will adorn any feast, and its simplicity allows the whole family to enjoy making it.

1
Whip the cream with a mixer until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- Cream 35%: 500 ml
2
Add a couple of spoons of boiled condensed milk to the cream while continuing to whip. At the end, add vanilla. It will turn out to be a very tasty cream. Put it in the refrigerator so you don't eat it all.
- Boiled condensed milk: 2 jars
- Vanilla: pinch
3
Peel the bananas and slice them into rings, 2–3–4 mm thick.
- Bananas: 4 pieces

We are assembling a cake. On the bottom of a square plate, we lay cookies in an even layer, one by one. Then we carefully spread a layer of cream over the cookies. On top of the cream, we place banana slices. Then another layer of cookies. IMPORTANT! The cookies must be placed like brickwork; that is, in the next layer, the cookies should be placed over the joints of the cookies in the previous layer. Otherwise, the cake will fall apart.
- Shortbread: 500 g
- Cream 35%: 500 ml
- Bananas: 4 pieces
5
Sprinkle ground nuts over the second layer of cream. I had pine nuts at home. I roasted them in a dry pan and ground them in a food processor to a coarse crumb. Any nuts can be used.
- Nuts: 200 g
6
Again cookies and cream and banana. I have 5 layers of cookies. We spread the remaining cream on top and cover the sides of the cake, then put it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- Shortbread: 500 g
- Cream 35%: 500 ml
- Bananas: 4 pieces
7
At this time, grate the chocolate on a coarse grater. And make a stencil out of paper. (My kids did this and were happy)
- Chocolate: 100 g
8
We take out the cake. We apply the stencil. We sprinkle half of the cake with grated nuts and the other half with chocolate. Like in the picture.
- Nuts: 200 g
- Chocolate: 100 g

And in the fridge for 2 days. That is, I... the cake stood overnight + day + night. The next day we ate it. The cookies soak up the cream and become extraordinarily soft and tasty.
