Chocolate ice cream is a true delight for lovers of rich, velvety cocoa flavor. This dessert, born from European culinary tradition, combines the tenderness of yogurt, the depth of dark chocolate, and the subtlety of vanilla sugar. It has a light creamy texture due to the addition of milk, while chocolate chunks add a crunchy note. Its easy preparation makes it an ideal option for home experiments. It can be served as a standalone dessert or used as an accompaniment to cakes and fruits. This recipe not only refreshes on hot days but also brings comfort at any time of the year.

1
It's better to choose drinking yogurt; I had Chudo 'chocolate stracciatella'. If the yogurt is classic, you'll need to add an extra sweetener—honey, sugar, or a sugar substitute.
- Yogurt: 500 g
- Vanilla sugar: to taste

Mix all the ingredients. Grate part of the chocolate and chop a few pieces into larger chunks. Place in the freezer, stirring occasionally.
- Chocolate: 100 g
- Cocoa: 50 g
- Milk: 100 ml
