Vegan truffles are an exquisite treat from European cuisine that has won the hearts of health food lovers. Their rich chocolate flavor with subtle notes of vanilla and coconut envelops you and offers a moment of true delight. Dates add natural sweetness and a light fruity note, while almonds and bran give the truffles a soft texture with a delicate nutty hint. These candies are not only perfect for vegans but also fit well into a fasting menu as a substitute for traditional sweets. They are easy to make – just mix the ingredients, form balls, and freeze them. They make an excellent addition to morning coffee, a dessert for festive tables, or simply a pleasant treat for every day.
