A candy aphrodisiac is a refined blend of spices and chocolate designed to awaken the senses. This recipe has roots in ancient traditions where spices were considered powerful stimulants of life energy. Honey infused with the aroma of ginger, saffron, cardamom, and anise reveals its warmth complemented by a spicy note of chili pepper. Dark chocolate adds depth of flavor, turning each candy into a true gastronomic delight. The sweetness, mild spiciness, and spicy aftertaste make this candy perfect for a romantic evening. It can be served with a cup of strong tea or coffee and used as a gift filled with symbolism of passion and desire.

Temper bitter chocolate: heat it to 45 degrees, cool it to 33. Fill the molds (any shapes, not just hearts) to the top, pour out the chocolate, and cool in the fridge for 10 minutes. Fill the molds with filling, 'seal' them with chocolate, and remove excess with a pastry scraper or wide knife. Let cool in the fridge for 10 minutes.
