Sesame and Kalindzhi Crackers

Sesame and kalonji crackers are a fragrant and crunchy treat that embodies Eastern notes. Sesame gives the baked goods a nutty flavor and delicate softness, while kalonji seeds add spiciness and a slight bitterness, making each bite special. This recipe comes from European cuisine but tastes reminiscent of Eastern snacks where spices play a key role. They pair perfectly with cheese, hummus, or just a cup of fragrant tea. The crackers are quick and easy to prepare: the dough is rolled out, shaped, and baked in just 15 minutes, resulting in a rich flavor and perfect texture. A great choice for a light snack or as an addition to a festive table.
