Shaker churak is a delicate Azerbaijani cookie that literally melts in your mouth. Its name translates to 'sweet bread', which fully reflects its essence. The recipe for this treat has been passed down through generations and has become an important part of Azerbaijan's culinary traditions. The snow-white cookies, dusted with powdered sugar, resemble little clouds and have a soft, creamy flavor with subtle vanilla notes. They perfectly complement tea ceremonies, filling moments with warmth and coziness.
