Dough. Dissolve yeast in a small amount of warm milk, add a tablespoon of sugar, and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- Milk: 1 glass
- Dry yeast: 10 g

Whisk 2 eggs with 100 grams of sugar. Add the remaining milk, melted warm butter, and salt - mix well. Add the risen dough - stir. Sift in 450 grams of flour, knead the dough - it should be soft and sticky to the hands.

Cover the dough container with a towel and place it in a warm place for about 30 minutes - you can put the bowl of dough in a larger pot filled with warm water to help it rise faster. Knead the dough and wait for it to increase in size again. After that, you can bake the cheesecakes.

Filling. Mix 1 egg, 50 grams of flour, 50 grams of sugar, and vanillin into the cottage cheese. Add raisins, dried berries, or crushed nuts to taste.
- Cottage cheese: 400 g

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The baking tray should be lined with parchment paper and greased with a small amount of butter.

We form small patties from the dough and place them on a baking sheet (leave about three centimeters between them: the pastries will rise).
