Its roots go back to the traditions of cozy family tea gatherings, where the aroma of baked apples and sweet caramel created a warm atmosphere. The delicate dough, made with cottage cheese and apple juice, gains softness and a light fruity note. The caramelized apples give the pie a rich flavor with a subtle balance of sweet and sour tones.
