Cinnamon muffins are a refined treat inspired by the elegance of French cuisine. Their history traces back to the traditions of home baking, where aromatic spices added a special depth of flavor to baked goods. Cinnamon has been valued for centuries for its warm, slightly spicy note that perfectly complements the delicate texture of muffins. These muffins feature an airy, soft base with a barely noticeable crispy crust, and their sweet, spicy aroma envelops you in comfort. They make an excellent addition to morning coffee, an elegant dessert for festive tables, or simply a delightful treat for a cozy evening. The simplicity of preparation makes them accessible even for culinary beginners, while the harmonious combination of ingredients reveals the true pleasure of classic baking.

1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.

- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 200 g
- Milk: 1 glass
- Vegetable oil: 0.5 glass

3
Add the liquid part of the dough to the dry and quickly mix with a spatula only until all the flour is wet; do not knead further, or it won't rise.
