Yogurt rolls with berries are a delicate and aromatic treat of Russian cuisine, combining airy dough and the natural sweetness of berries. The recipe's origins trace back to home baking traditions when housewives used available ingredients to create simple yet delicious desserts. Yogurt gives the dough softness and lightness, while fresh berries add juiciness and a pleasant tartness. These rolls are perfect for tea and can be served for breakfast or as a light dessert.
