This simple chocolate cake with sour milk and bananas is a real find for lovers of homemade desserts. Its roots go back to Russian cuisine, where traditionally accessible and simple ingredients are used. Thanks to the sour milk product, the dough becomes tender and airy, while cocoa gives a rich chocolate flavor. Bananas layered in between add softness and natural sweetness, while cream provides lightness and a creamy texture. This cake is perfect for cozy family tea time or festive treats. The ease of preparation makes it accessible even for beginner cooks. Decorating with fresh berries can add a touch of freshness, making each piece not only delicious but also aesthetically pleasing.

1
Beat the eggs with a glass of sugar until the volume increases by about 2 times.

- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Sour milk: 1 glass
- Salt: pinch
- Cocoa: 100 g
3
Bake in the oven at 180–200 degrees for about 40 minutes, or as I did, in a multicooker on the 'bake' mode for 1 hour.
4
Cut the ready cake into 2 parts, soak them in sugar syrup (2 tablespoons of sugar + 2 tablespoons of boiling water). Let it cool.
5
Slice the bananas thinly and place them on the cake. Whip the cream. Put part of the cream on the bananas.
- Bananas: 3 pieces
- Cream 33%: 250 ml
