Marshmallow and Chocolate Glazed Sandwich

10 minutes
A sandwich with marshmallow and chocolate glaze is a true embodiment of American comfort and camping traditions. This dessert, inspired by classic S'mores, delights with the combination of airy marshmallow, melted chocolate, and crispy cracker. Grilled marshmallow takes on a caramel hue that enhances its sweetness, while warm chocolate transforms into a delicate, velvety glaze enveloping each layer. The sandwich melts in your mouth, leaving a pleasant creamy texture with a hint of cocoa bitterness. It can be served as a dessert at picnics, cozy evenings by the campfire, or simply as a sweet treat for lovers of unusual flavor combinations. Its simplicity makes this dessert a favorite among both children and adults.

Preheat the grill well. Skewer larger marshmallows (two pieces per skewer) on two wooden sticks. Hold the skewers about 10-12 cm above the grill, turning slowly for four to six minutes until the marshmallows start to melt.
- Marshmallow: 4 pieces

Then place one marshmallow on the cookie, and on top, add 15-20 grams of chocolate (the bar should be broken into small pieces beforehand). Then again cookie, marshmallow, and chocolate, to create a tower.
- Marshmallow: 4 pieces
- Milk chocolate: 100 g
- Wholemeal crackers: 6 pieces

If the marshmallows cool down and the chocolate doesn't melt, the ready meringue towers can be carefully wrapped in foil and placed on the grill rack for just one or two minutes — during this time, the chocolate will spread and coat the pastries with glaze.

- Milk chocolate: 100 g
