Chocolate-glazed cupcakes are small works of art created for true gourmets. Their roots trace back to American baking traditions, where compact portions became a symbol of cozy family gatherings. The soft, airy batter with a delicate vanilla aroma harmoniously blends with the rich chocolate glaze, giving the dessert a delightful depth of flavor. The kefir in the recipe makes the cupcakes especially moist, while the vanilla sugar adds subtle sweet notes. Perfect as treats for holidays or simply for a cozy tea time. They can be decorated with nuts, berries, or whipped cream, creating a true culinary masterpiece that delights both the taste and the eyes.
