Strawberry-Cottage Cheese Pie is the embodiment of tenderness and freshness. First, we prepare the dough. Mix butter, egg, half a cup of sugar, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough well.
- Butter: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Mayonnaise: 100 g
- Wheat flour: 4 glasss
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Divide the dough into two parts (one part should be smaller than the other, which we will use for decorating the pie). Roll both parts into balls and place them in the freezer for 20-25 minutes.

At this time, we will prepare the filling for our pie. It can be made in a blender or with a mixer. I used a blender. I placed 500 grams of well-washed strawberries, 200 g of cottage cheese, cream, vanillin, and the remaining sugar into the bowl. Mix everything until it resembles yogurt consistency.
- Strawberry: 1 kg
- Cottage cheese: 200 g
- Cream: 0.25 l
- Vanillin: 0.5 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 glass

Take the dough out of the freezer and spread a larger piece in the pie form. Top with cottage cheese-strawberry yogurt, then place the remaining strawberries on top. You can cut the strawberries into pieces or place them whole.
- Strawberry: 1 kg

The remaining dough can be used to decorate the pie. In any way you like.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for about 60–70 minutes. Keep an eye on it, as it may cook faster in your oven.

After the pie is ready, cool it and send it to the fridge overnight.
