    First, we prepare the dough. Mix butter, egg, half a cup of sugar, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough well.

I placed 500 grams of well-washed strawberries, 200 g of cottage cheese, cream, vanillin, and the remaining sugar into the bowl. Mix everything until it resembles yogurt consistency.
