Chickpea cake with cherry, banana, and yogurt is a refined dessert rooted in Arabic cuisine known for its mastery of rich flavors and healthy ingredients. This cake has a delicate texture thanks to chickpea flour, while dates provide natural sweetness. Cherry adds a slight tartness that harmonizes with the softness of banana. The recipe features natural yogurt and honey, making the dessert light and nutritious. The cake is airy and soaked, with a blend of spices—cinnamon and vanilla—giving it an Eastern spice. It can be served as a treat with tea or used as a healthy alternative to traditional baked goods.
