In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sour cream, and margarine until smooth. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Dr. Oetker baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Farmer's sour cream: 50 g
- Margarine: 50 g

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix it with the cottage cheese. Add to the dough.
- Feta cheese: 70 g
- Low-fat cottage cheese: 70 g

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Roll over the dough with a rolling pin, pressing the sesame seeds in slightly. Cut the dough into 2 cm squares or use cookie cutters.
- Sesame: to taste

Line a baking tray with parchment and place squares on it at a small distance from each other.
