Soak the dried apricots and prunes in water either overnight or in boiling water for 1 hour or 30 minutes.
- Dried apricots: 30 g
- Prunes: 25 g

We chop and blend, add everything to the cottage cheese and put in 2 tablespoons of Activia and honey.
- Cottage cheese: 200 g
- ""Activia Natural"": 60 ml

We mix everything. In a separate pot, we beat the egg white and add it to the mixture.

We fill it with cinnamon and vanillin and mix everything. We put it in a silicone mold and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes + an additional 5 minutes on the crust mode.
