Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Hard cheese: 160 g

Crack an egg into the cheese and mix.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Next, pour in the kefir, add the chopped green onion, and mix.
- Kefir 2.5%: 200 ml
- Green: to taste

Sift the flour with baking soda into the cheese-kefir mixture and mix well.
- Wheat flour: 4 tablespoons
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon

Let the dough sit for 20-30 minutes for the flour to swell and the baking soda to react with the kefir.

After that, pour into molds (if the molds are not silicone or Teflon, grease them with vegetable oil) and bake in a hot oven at 220–240 degrees for 25–40 minutes until a golden crust forms on top.
