Healthy homemade candies with figs are a refined treat that combines the delicate sweetness of dried figs, the rich taste of dark chocolate, and the pleasant texture of walnuts. This author’s cuisine is inspired by the traditions of Eastern sweets, where figs have long been valued for their natural sweetness and benefits. Stuffed with nuts, they become even more interesting, while the coating of melted chocolate adds sophistication reminiscent of classic truffles. Dipping the candies in cocoa completes their image with a subtle bitter note. These candies can be served as a dessert with tea or coffee and also make a healthy gift. With no sugar or artificial additives, they are suitable for those who watch their diet but do not want to give up small gastronomic pleasures.
