Apple and Cinnamon Puffs
4 servings
40 minutes
Apple and cinnamon pastries are the embodiment of coziness and home warmth. The crispy puff pastry encases a tender and aromatic filling of caramelized apples with cinnamon, offering delight from the first bite. Cinnamon highlights the natural sweetness of the apples like a magical touch, while the golden crust gives the pastry an appetizing appearance. This dessert is perfect for cozy evenings, family gatherings, or simply as a way to treat yourself to something special. Although the recipe has no strict historical roots, it connects us to traditional European and American apple pies where the harmony of apples and cinnamon has always been key. Serve the pastries with a cup of hot tea or cocoa to fully enjoy their warmth and aroma.
