First, you need to soak the gelatin sheets. To do this, place them in a deep container and cover with one cup of cold water, leaving it for 15 minutes.
- Gelatin in plates: 8 pieces
- Water: 2 glasss

Crush the cracker into not very fine crumbs, leaving some small pieces.
- Crackers: 300 g

Whip the sour cream with sugar well using a mixer.
- Sour cream 20%: 700 g
- Sugar: 1 glass

Squeeze the swollen gelatin, place it in a pot, and heat until the gelatin dissolves (without boiling), then let it cool.

Add the cooled gelatin to the sour cream, mix it, and then add the crushed cracker and mix quickly again. The 'dough' will start to thicken quickly, so immediately place it in a mold (preferably a removable one) and smooth it out. Put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.

Prepare strawberries (any fruits can be used), and slice them.

Pour the jelly into a deep container and add one cup of hot water. Mix quickly and well until fully dissolved, then let it cool.
- Dr.Oetker Cake Jelly: 90 g
- Water: 2 glasss

Take the frozen 'dough' out of the fridge, place strawberries on top, and decorate with blueberries. Take the cooled jelly and pour it over the fruits. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
