Cottage cheese and oatmeal cookies with cherries

Cottage cheese-oatmeal cookies with cherries are a combination of tenderness and crunchy texture with a subtle vanilla aroma. This recipe is inspired by Russian baking traditions, where cottage cheese and oatmeal are the basis of many homemade treats. The cherries added to the dough give the baked goods a pleasant tartness, balancing sweetness and creating a rich flavor. These cookies are perfect for morning tea or a cozy evening. Due to their simplicity in preparation and healthy ingredients, they become an excellent choice for those who value the balance of taste and health. They are best enjoyed warm when they are especially fragrant and soft inside but have a light crispy crust outside.
