Pear and cinnamon muffins are a cozy blend of tenderness and spicy warmth that captivates the hearts of gourmets. This recipe draws inspiration from classic European baking, where fruits and spices play a key role. Pears add juiciness to the batter, while cinnamon provides a deep aroma and a hint of spiciness. Oats add texture, and cane sugar gives a subtle caramel sweetness. Perfect with morning coffee or as a cozy dessert for home gatherings. Light, airy, with a crispy top — they will adorn any tea party, especially on cool autumn days. Easy to make yet exquisite in flavor, this dessert can be adapted by adding nuts or vanilla for extra depth.
