Whip the sour cream with sugar (until the sugar is completely dissolved).

- Sugar: 4 tablespoons

In a greased form, place one pancake and spread cream on it, then place another pancake on top, and continue until the pancakes are finished. Do not spread cream on the top pancake. Leave a little cream for the top pancake.
