Mix the yeast with 1 teaspoon of sugar, add warm milk, and let it rise for 20 minutes.

- Milk: 200 ml

Put melted half of the butter, half of the sugar, vanillin, and the risen yeast into a bowl.

Mix and add flour. Knead the dough and place it in a warm place.

Roll out a square 1 cm thick from the entire dough when it's well suited.
