We take milk and add eggs, vanillin, salt, melted butter, and sugar to it. We mix well.
- Milk: 0.5 l
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Vanillin: pinch
- Salt: pinch
- Butter: 200 g
- Sugar: 6 tablespoons

Place on the fire and gently (!) heat (not too much, otherwise the eggs will cook).

Add yeast, mix until smooth, and then gradually add flour. Knead the dough (the longer you knead, the fluffier it will be). Place in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
- Fresh yeast: 80 g
- Wheat flour: 6 glasss

We take it out and divide it into 2 parts. We roll it out to a thickness of 2 mm maximum. We grease the dough with sunflower oil and sprinkle sugar all over the surface (cinnamon or Nutella chocolate paste can also be used).
- Sunflower oil: 3 teaspoons
- Sugar: 6 tablespoons
- Nutella®: 180 g

Take the dough from one edge and carefully roll it into a roll. Cut this roll into pieces with a sharp knife, then slightly flatten them on top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20-30 minutes on parchment paper.
