The delicate cottage cheese, gently simmered with vanilla sugar and sour cream, acquires an airy texture, while added raisins provide sweet accents. Pour 2 liters of sour milk into a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Strain the milk through cheesecloth (or a sieve), squeezing well. Place the ready curd on a plate and let it cool. You can use about 250 g of store-bought cottage cheese.

Then we transfer the cottage cheese to a blender and mash it. We add 100 g of softened butter to the cottage cheese in the blender and mash well. We transfer it to a pot.

Mix the egg with 3 tablespoons of vanilla sugar and add it to the cottage cheese with butter. Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and 3 tablespoons of sour cream. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula. Add 100 g of washed raisins and mix to distribute the raisins evenly in the cottage cheese mixture.

We place a baking sleeve cut along the seam into the cake mold, arranged like foil or baking paper (the sleeve will come off better). Grease the mold with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Pour the sweet cottage cheese mixture into the mold and smooth the surface. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of melted butter on top and sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs.
