Apple strudel with cinnamon and ice cream is a refined dessert inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. Its roots trace back to Austrian traditions but it has won the hearts of gourmets worldwide. The hand-crafted crispy dough serves as a perfect base for the juicy filling. A mix of three apple varieties with brown sugar and fragrant cinnamon provides richness and harmony to the flavor. After baking, the strudel acquires a golden crust, and its airy texture melts in the mouth. Serving it with ice cream and berries makes the dessert even more festive, while variations with hot chocolate and cream add a touch of luxury. This treat is perfect for cozy evenings and special moments, leaving unforgettable impressions with every bite.

Preparing the dough. Mix the egg, flour, water, and oil well. Knead the dough, adding a little more flour if necessary. Knead the dough for 15 minutes and place it in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Water: 125 ml
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

For the filling, chop the apples into small pieces (I used three varieties of apples, to your taste), mix with sugar and cinnamon.
- Apple: 7 pieces
- Brown sugar: 5 tablespoon
- Ground cinnamon: 5 g
3
Roll the dough very thin, trim the uneven corners to form a rectangle. Sprinkle a little flour on the dough and evenly place the apples, then roll it into a roll. I ended up with two rolls.
- Wheat flour: 250 g

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place parchment paper greased with butter on a baking sheet, and lay out the strudel. Bake for about 40 minutes.
