Add 3 eggs and kefir to the cottage cheese, blend until smooth.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Low-fat cottage cheese: 500 g
- Low-fat kefir: 150 ml

Add sweetener dissolved in warm water, vanillin, slaked soda, ground oatmeal, and coconut flakes to the obtained mass. Mix everything and pour into a mold (if the mold is silicone, no greasing is needed).
- Sugar substitute: to taste
- Water: 20 ml
- Vanillin: 2 g
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon
- Oatmeal: 50 g
- Coconut flakes: 50 g
