Quick Vanilla Pudding

2 servings

10 minutes

Quick vanilla pudding is a delicate, aromatic dessert that captivates with its simplicity and rich flavor. Its roots trace back to European cuisine, where vanilla pudding is considered a classic treat. This version is prepared quickly using a microwave, making it an ideal choice for spontaneous sweet moments. The pudding's taste is soft and creamy, with refined notes of vanilla that are enhanced by crispy vanilla wafers. This dessert is perfect for a morning treat or a cozy evening with a cup of tea. Its delicate texture and aroma make it a favorite indulgence for both children and adults. Serving it with wafer crumbs adds contrast in textures, making each bite special.

We mix milk with sugar and vanilla sugar. Sweet lovers may need more than 3 teaspoons of sugar.

We easily beat the yolk with a fork. We don't need foam, the main thing is to achieve homogeneity. We add the yolk to the milk.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Egg yolk1 piece
  • 3

We carefully add the flour through a sieve, constantly stirring. If lumps appear, we break them with a spoon. They should not be there.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Wheat flour1 tablespoon

Mix the mixture well and energetically, then immediately place it in the microwave (the flour should not settle) for 4-5 minutes. Stop the microwave every 30 seconds and stir the milk mixture. Cook until thickened. Once the mixture thickens, remove it, cool it down, and place it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
