Cottage cheese pie in a multicooker is a delightful combination of softness and tenderness. Its roots go back to European cuisine, where cottage cheese pastries have always been popular. This pie features a rich creamy flavor with a slight tang from the buttermilk, while added dried fruits give it natural sweetness and subtle fruity notes. Oats and bran make it not only tasty but also healthy. It is cooked in a multicooker, ensuring even baking and an airy texture. This pie is especially good for breakfast or with tea, enhancing the cozy atmosphere of a home gathering. It can be served with honey, yogurt, or fresh berries, making it even more exquisite.
