Cheddar rolls are a delicate and airy treat from Hungarian cuisine, combining the softness of the dough with the rich flavor of cheese. Their origin is linked to European baking traditions where cheese is often added for a special aroma. Cheddar, with its rich nutty-creamy taste, complements the softness of the rolls while cayenne pepper and garlic add spicy notes. The finished rolls are brushed with aromatic butter and parsley, creating a perfect blend of flavor and texture. They can be served with soups, used as snacks or enjoyed with a cup of tea. Warm, fresh, with a crispy crust and gooey cheese inside, they will adorn any table and provide cozy gastronomic pleasure.
